Caroline took to the stage Sunday 27th April sharing her story of how she took Ego from a struggling small salon to one of the Elite salons in the UKΒ with nominations and awards such as

This annual event run by Creative Head Magazine the Β biggest hair industry business event in the UK and Caroline was privileged to share the stage with names like Daniel Galvin MBE and Celebrity Xfactor stylist Jamie Stevens.
