Here are some things you need to know in our latest update
Services
We are now officially offering all of our services again, now that restrictions continue to ease.
Our hours have returned to normal also, so we will be open late nights on a Wednesday and Thursday as before.
Skin Testing
If you havenβt been to the salon before, or had your colour with us in the last 6 months, or have had the Covid-19 vaccination since your last visit, and you are booked in for a colour service then you MUST be skin tested 48 hours before your appointment. We want to keep our clients safe.
This also applies if you receive the vaccine between colour services, or if you receive your second vaccine between colour services.
Colour Correction
If you have coloured your hair at home your booking will be classed as a βcolour correctionβ. You will need a strand test and consultation prior to your appointment.
Elites
Elite members can now enjoy the full benefits of their package again, as we can now allow regular blow-dries and hair services to resume. Please get in touch and we will be happy to book in your regular appointments again.
Packages
If you have purchased a pre paid package please let our team know at the time of booking. Our packages do not include fashion colour or colour correction so please chat to a team member so you know your options. Packages are very limited so the faster you call us the better Call 01463 220234
Discounts
We can now accept any discount vouchers and free vouchers from 3rd May onwards as we enter phase 2 of reopening. If you have any vouchers and are unsure if you can use them, or what you can use them for then please get in touch and a member of our team will be happy to help.Please check T&Cβs of vouchers
Bookings

All appointments will be pre paid at the time of booking to avoid your time at reception and reduce cash and card handling
We strongly advise you ask to secure your future bookings too.
Skin tests are now required 48 hours before your appointment for all guests returning to the salon who have had a vaccine , had covid or if their skin test is overdue (required 6 monthly)

We have received the following awards and certificates
- Barbicide covid safety certificate for each team member
- Dicicide covid safety certificate for our team and salon
- Covid Aware Award from The Good Salon Guide
- Mindful Salon Certification from Salon Jedi as our entire team complete their Mindful Salon Training
- We are following government guidance for the safety of you and our team which includes the following as well as many more:
What to expect in salon
- We can only offer water nothing else can be consumed in salon
- our team wonβt chat to you during any blowdry service to avoid shouting
- you can pre order retail which we will sterilise and bag for you to collect
- you can expect a warm welcome, great hair and to leave feeling fabulous

We are off course nervous returning and it takes adjustment to return after so much time off during these unprecedented times.
