If in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the results of your service, please tell us so we can put it right.
We require you to return to the salon within 7 days and not only will we re-do it for FREE but we will also credit your account with a FREE future service or treatment.
We have complete confidence in our ability to delight you which is why we offer this 100% Iron-Clad Guarantee.
It is important to note that in all instances if you are not happy with your hair results you must return to the salon so your stylist can see in person any issues and rectify as necessary. This is an important part of our terms and guarantee.
If you or anyone else makes any changes to your hair prior to returning to the salon for your stylist to see your hair and rectify results, we will no longer be responsible for your hair result and unable to offer our guarantee. I’m sure you agree that returning to the salon in person is absolutely paramount should you be dissatisfied in any way. Also please note not all required results are possible at one visit and require a journey. Especially with colour changes. Ift may take more than one visit to get your required results and your stylist will make you aware of this at your consultation.
On Products
If in the unlikely event you decide you don’t like your products purchased which were recommended by one of our stylists, we will offer you an exchange for another replacement product recommended by your stylist within 7 days based on minimum usage at home and that you have followed the right usage instructions.
Vouchers/Packages Purchased Online
Refunds are offered within 5 days of your online purchase prior to redeeming any services by emailing your request to egohairdesigninv@gmail.com or calling the salon. Please Note if you have booked your service at the salon we require 48 hours notice to cancel , Failing to do so will invalidate your voucher or any refund.
